What We DON'T Do (and Why)

We don't give prices upfront

Prices are negotiated directly between you and the factory. This way you get the real market price with no middleman margin.

We are not technical product experts

We work across hundreds of different categories. We cannot know all the technical parameters of every product in depth.

We don't attend loading inspections by default

If you need it, we can go to the factory, record videos and ask whatever you tell us. But we are not technical inspectors.

We don't take responsibility for the product

We are service facilitators, not product sellers. The commercial and technical relationship is directly between you and the factory.

Everything You Should Know
Before Working With Us

We are facilitators and communication bridges between Spanish companies and Turkish factories. We are not suppliers or product sellers. We do not buy or sell goods. Our function is to connect you directly with the manufacturer and help the negotiation and relationship flow smoothly.

Because prices are set by the manufacturer, not us. If we gave you a price, we would be adding a margin on top of the real factory price. By connecting you directly with the factory, you get the real price. Also, when both sides negotiate face to face, there tends to be more flexibility and better terms.

We do not attend loading inspections as standard. If you ask us, we can go to the factory, record videos of the process and ask the questions you specify. However, we are very clear: we are not technical product experts. We work across hundreds of different categories and cannot know the technical parameters of each one in depth. Technical responsibility always rests with the buyer and the manufacturer.

We are responsible for connecting you with real manufacturers and facilitating communication. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery times, agreed prices or any technical or commercial aspect of the transaction between you and the factory. We work on very small margins (2-10% depending on sector) and taking product responsibility would make the service unviable.
